Reservation Information A 30% deposit (minimum one night) is due at the time of reservation to guarantee the reservation. All room rates are based on double occupancy. Suites are based on three people. The charge for each additional guest is: Peak Season (June 18 – Sept. 5): $25 adult, $10 children; Quiet Season: $10 adult, $5 children. All rooms have A/C, telephones, cable television, WIFI, kitchenettes with refrigerator, two stove top burners, toaster and Keurig coffee brewers, and shared balconies. Rooms are subject to minimum stays throughout the year. Please check with reservations for further information. Full payment is due on arrival. All rates are subject to the current 9% Maine Lodging Tax. Rates are subject to change. *Holiday rates apply.

Reservation Policies…

Inn Policies:

  • All rooms are non-smoking.  To guarantee a non-smoking room for our guests, there will be a $250.00 deep cleaning fee if there is smoking inside of a non-smoking room.
  • Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
  • All rates are subject to current 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
  • Rooms accommodate 2-4 people.
  • Suites accomodate 2-6 people.
  • Check-in: 3:00PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM.
  • Minimum lengths of stay are required at various times throughout the year.
  • Pets allowed during the spring and fall seasons for $10 per night, plus a $100 security deposit (authorization by credit card, some restrictions apply).  Pets may not be left unattended in the room unless in a crate.  Pets are not allowed in the pool.  Excessive noise (cash4day) will not be tolerated.
  • Parking: Registered guests of the Sea View Inn are entitled to free parking limited to one vehicle per room mid June through September.
  • Final payment for reservation will be due upon arrival. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted at the time of check-in.
  • All reservation require a valid credit card on file (debit cards not accepted)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Rooms: Should you need to cancel your room reservation, refunds will be made when a cancellation notice is received up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for rooms. There will be an automatic $50.00 processing fee for any cancelled reservation. Any changes made to a reservation at anytime are subject to a $15.00 service fee. This includes changes to dates and room types. This excludes adding days onto a reservation and upgrades.
